They can make arrests relating to those who may have a controlling influence on an incident where people have been injured or killed.

The police co-ordinate all strategic, tactical and operational management of the incident.

The police co-ordinate the media response.

The police, as the lead organisation  in emergency response effectively direct the level of management activity during all exercises - and therefore your costs.

The bottom line is that in a crisis or emergency situation the POLICE will have a significant impact on the way you do business. You need to be able to work with them confidently and effectively.
